Daylite helps you plan projects and maintain your overview. Time&Budget extends the project area by a timesheet and a set of flexible reports. This allows you to maintain control over times and costs of your projects.
In the settings of Time&Budget you can assign an internal rate to every employee.
What does the trainee cost per hour? Which hourly rate does a project manager have? Decide whether you will focus on the gross salary or the full costs of the employees.
The cost recording in Time&Budget 2.0 is based on the notes integrated into Daylite. This enables you to record not only costs, even without associated documents, but also to decide whether to save documents in the database or to link them.
Any kind of expenditure, such as expenses or third-party costs for projects, are recorded in Daylite as notes and can be complemented with additional information, like invoicing numbers, amounts or pay dates. The original documents can be either saved in the Daylite database or linked as external files. The linking option for documents, rather than storing them in Daylite, helps keep the size of your Daylite database small.
