Not only can you conveniently exchange messages with your colleagues within Daylite, but you also have the conversation history saved directly on the corresponding Daylite object for everyone to follow.
This means that you not only have communication with your customers stored in Daylite but also necessary, up-to-date information about your customers.
To use Comments, both the sender and the recipient require our Daylite extension Marketing&Chat. Customers already using our Plus Package for Daylite receive this new function free of charge!
