For assistance on the phone we use the remote maintenance software “TeamViewer”.

TeamViewer allows us to access your computer(s) over the Internet as if we were sitting right in front of it. This enables us to solve even complex problems for which you would otherwise need a specialist on site.

Access to your computer is only possible if you tell us your TeamViewer ID and your TeamViewer password. Since the TeamViewer password changes automatically each time the software is started, it is guaranteed that access to your Mac can only take place once during our session.

Why is telephone support not for free?

The systems we offer are very extensive in their functions. Our consulting team consists of highly qualified employees who can not only provide you with technical support, but also answer your conceptual questions. The products we offer are comparatively very inexpensive. As a trading partner of the software manufacturers we represent, we receive a small share of the sales price of the software, but this is not sufficient to be able to offer free advice in general.
