Pfleghar Entwicklungs- und Vertriebs- GmbH, founded in 1992, is engaged in the development and distribution of special solutions for tool, model, and mould making. Its portfolio includes products that, due to their innovative potential, bring added value and a significant increase in productivity to the customer.

The company has three employees in Weingarten and works together with another eight externally. When they switched to Mac in 2008, they were looking for a CRM solution. Daylite convinced them not only with its appealing interface but also with its value for money and outstanding support.

Above all, they were looking for a system in which customers were presented in a clear and well-structured manner and which kept track of tasks and projects.

“Since we have been using Daylite, we work in a structured way and can always see everything at a glance. We no longer lose sales opportunities and we can see the status of our projects at a glance”, says the commercial manager and sales representative Mr. Koschitz. “With TOPIX:8 we have a nice overview for order processing and there we also have everything at a glance”.
