Contacts are the backbone and the basis of every company and every CRM system. We need contact information, contact persons, and must be able to access all information together as a team in order to be successful.
Daylite distinguishes between a person and a company as a contact. In this course, you will learn how to define a relationship between them, for example, to represent parent companies and subsidiaries or recommender.
You will also know how to structure and organize your contacts once you have completed the course. How to know immediately, based on categories or keywords, whether a customer or prospect contacts you and in which role they are in the respective company. Using the vicinity search, you will learn how to segment contacts based on their location and how to search, filter, and create simple lists in the same way.
Since Daylite is a collaborative system, by the end of this course you will know how to share complex selections with your team and work together.
