Msm-studios can look back on a long-standing success story as a premium service provider for mastering, postproduction, and media design. The 16-strong team around managing director Stefan Bock sees itself as a co-creator of the media output of its clients, both technically and artistically. In their studio right in the heart of Munich, the Mac has always been the number one work tool – both in the creative field and in processing. In 2010, due to the growth of the team and new challenges, it was clear that investments in the software also had to be made in the area of administration. Through intensive research, it soon became clear that no program alone could cover the extensive requirements of the team.
The challenges were not only to improve the business processes but also to provide access to important data while on the road. The telephone system should also be integrable, and last but not least, the new system should be fun to use. “After first discussions with the iOSXpert team, it was clear that we had found the right partner. The combination of Daylite, TOPIX, and Starface optimally meets all our requirements”.
Customers and interested parties are managed in Daylite and transferred to TOPIX at the push of a button, where the projects are calculated and billed. The activities of the individual employees are recorded via an interface from Daylite directly in TOPIX.
