In 2010, the law firm decided to switch completely from Windows to Apple products. The decisive reason was the relatively high cost of administration and data backup of the nine workstations including their server.

The new Mac-based CRM solution had to be able to automatically dial from the application as well as signal incoming calls.

The changeover to Apple hardware was, of course, only half the battle. Now it was necessary to find a system that would cover both the law firm business and the limited services business from the first customer contact to billing.

The consolidation of all processes and information in one place was what we were looking for and found in iOSXpert. In Daylite, we use the complete range of functions to acquire and support new customers. Our cost controlling and billing is then done via Topix. The automatic exchange of data between the two systems saves us a lot of time”.

In the next project step, a Starface telephone system will be purchased to benefit from the integration into the existing products.
