Alf was excellent! While many tech support people out there are not really qualified (or don't appear to be), and can be grumpy, especially toward the end of their work day, Alf was friendly, up beat, empathetic, and VERY knowledgeable. It makes a huge difference being helped by someone on the design team. We did a screen share, and he walked me through the installation of an API. When we ran into an install error, he quickly called in his colleague, Peter (also excellent), who was nearby, for a second opinion. Problem solved, and I really appreciated the quick collaboration.
