Have you ever had a query about a customer, an opportunity, or a specific Daylite project?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Until now, you may have exchanged information about the topic by e-mail, and both the sender and recipient of the message had to search for the corresponding object in Daylite first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With Comments you can now write your message directly in Daylite on an object and select the recipients of the message. The recipients are actively notified in Daylite and can jump straight to the mentioned Daylite object with one click.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-video is-provider-vimeo wp-block-embed-vimeo\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Comments EN\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/927649563?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"1080\" height=\"674\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Not only can you conveniently exchange messages with your colleagues within Daylite, but you also have the conversation history saved directly on the corresponding Daylite object for everyone to follow.<br>This means that you not only have communication with your customers stored in Daylite but also necessary, up-to-date information about your customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To use Comments, both the sender and the recipient require our Daylite extension <a href=\"https:\/\/iosxpert.biz\/en\/plugins-for-daylite\/marketingchat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marketing&amp;Chat<\/a>.
