Define categories as basis of calculation. Decide whether the calculation of revenue is based on the hourly rates assigned to your employees or, as a new feature, based on the rates assigned to categories. You can set one hourly rate per category. This enables you to charge different rates for a particular employee.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><a href=\"#\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5218\" title=\"categories as basis of calculation\" src=\"https:\/\/iosxpert.biz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/bildschirmfoto-2014-02-26-um-10.23.19-640x316-1.png\" alt=\"\" height=\"316\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>2. Besides the Activity Report Time&#038;Budget now also features a Data Quality Report. Check the data quality of recorded activities and find out which ones lack a category or are not linked to objectives.<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"#\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-5205 alignnone\" title=\"Data Quality Check\" src=\"https:\/\/iosxpert.biz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/screen-shot-2014-02-25-at-14.50.56-640x472-1.png\" alt=\"\" height=\"472\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>3. It\u2019s now possible to enforce linking of an appointment with an objective (opportunities and projects) based on its category. E.g. define that activities assigned with category \u201cMarketing\u201d have to be linked to a project and activities assigned with category \u201cSales\u201d have to be linked to an opportunity. Otherwise the entry would be invalid.<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"#\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5228\" title=\"Time Registration\" src=\"https:\/\/iosxpert.biz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/bildschirmfoto-2014-02-27-um-12.42.14-311x480-1.png\" alt=\"\" height=\"480\" width=\"311\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>4. The new version of Time&#038;Budget comes with Group Reports.
