“After a short research exercise, we came across Daylite and with it iOSXpert, which could offer us with the combination of Daylite and TOPIX:8 a system that met our needs. The consolidation of all processes and information in one place was what we were looking for and found in iOSXpert. In Daylite, we use the complete range of functions to acquire and support new customers. Our cost controlling and billing is then done via Topix. The automatic exchange of data between the two systems saves us a lot of time”.<\/p>\n

In the next project step, a Starface telephone system will be purchased to benefit from the integration into the existing products.<\/p>\n
