Do you use the Plus Package for Daylite or a single extension from our company and have questions? If our HelpCenter or the free online courses of the Daylite Academy could not help you, you can submit your question here.
Personal Telephone Support
Do you have a user question about Daylite and our free options did not help you? We recommend the purchase of one of our Business Coaching packages. These also include support via remote maintenance software. Alternatively, you can book a paid appointment (up to 30 minutes) with us. If this is the first time you have taken advantage of our support, we will even do it for free.
Online learning with Daylite Academy
The Daylite Academy is an e-learning platform. In video tutorials with individual lessons, you will learn the important topics about the use of Daylite. Selected courses can be taken free of charge. In our Business Coaching offers access to all Academy courses is included free of charge.
